Cancelation policy

If you cancel your booking following confirmation, Big Bike Touring Co Limited reserves the right to withhold the deposit/tour payment in part for costs incurred.

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 59 – 30 days: 50% of tour
• Less than 29 days before departure: No Refund

All Cancelations must be submitted on our website https://bigbiketouringco.com/refund-process/

All cancellations are subject to review and will need to be approved by Big Bike Touring Company before refunds are applied.
