Cancelation policy

If you cancel your booking following confirmation, Big Bike Touring Co Limited reserves the right to withhold the deposit/tour payment in part for costs incurred.

• Deposit Non Refundable 
• 60+ Days to tour start date 50% Refundable
• 59 Days Prior to tour start date Non Refundable

All Cancellations must be submitted on our website https://bigbiketouringco.com/refund-process/

All cancellations are subject to review and will need to be approved by Big Bike Touring Company before refunds are applied.
