*Please note that for the tour to run we require a minimum of 4 individual riders.

  1. The customer is responsible for checking the motorcycle and all accessories for any damage before leaving our location.
  2. It’s the customer’s responsibility to bring the motorcycle and all accessories back to our location in the same condition as when your tour started.
  3. If any damage has been done to the motorcycle and any accessories the customer agrees to pay in full the said damage at 100% estimated cost.
  4. Security deposit detail the list below

Should the tour guide deem that you do not have the pre-requisite skill set or you’re riding in an unsafe manner that presents a danger to yourself or other road users. Itinerary

Day 1: Pattaya - Chaiyaphum
Day 1: Pattaya - Chaiyaphum

Having completed tour induction. The tour group departs company HQ Route 66 Pattaya heading cross country to pick up route 304 as we head NE towards Khao Yai National Park and on to the province of Chaiyaphum . Coffee stops and lunch will be provided along the way as we travel through the lush green Thai countryside. Our overnight stop is at a mountain top accommodation in the province of Chaiyaphum.

Day 2: Chaiyaphum – Nong Khai

Having completed tour induction. Day 3: THAILAND – NONGKHAI – VIENTIANE – BORDER CROSSING TO LAOS

Our guide will meet you at Vientiane Border of Laos to clear the border custom then arrange all the paperwork to help you enter Laos. We will ride to Vientiane city then have lunch. We ride around the Vientiane capital of Laos then visit Patuxay – The Victory monument gate, then visit That Luang – the Buddhist stupa in the center of the city of Vientiane, Laos. Back to the hotel, take a rest than have dinner. Overnight in Vientiane

Day 4: : VIENTIANE – VANG VIENG – PHONSAVAN

After breakfast we will ride to Phonsavan city via Vang Vieng. Have lunch in Vang Vieng then continues to Phonsavan. Arrival Phonsavan at the late afternoon time, if the time permit we will visit Plain of Jars – the sight of Phonsavan province. Back to the hotel, then have dinner in hotel. Overnight in Phonsavan.

Day 5: PHONSAVAN – NAM CAN BORDER – CON CUONG TOWN (ENTER TO VIETNAM)

After breakfast, we will ride to Nong Het border then clear the border custom to exit Laos then enter to Vietnam. After border crossing we will ride to Con Cuong. Overnight in Con Cuong Town

Day 6: CON CUONG – NINH BINH – VISIT TRANG AN CAVE

Ride to Ninh Binh – the old capital of Vietnam since 1010. Arrival at Ninh Binh at noon time then has lunch. Then we will visit Trang An Cave – one of the UNESCO sites. Continue to visit Bai Dinh Temple then have a sunset view at the top. Back to the hotel have dinner. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 7: NINH BINH – HA LONG BAY

Ride to Halong Bay in the morning. Arrive in Halong City at noon time then have lunch. In the afternoon we will have half a day in the boat to discover Halong Bay. Back to the hotel at sunset time. Have dinner then take a rest.

Day 8: HALONG BAY – HANOI

Ride to Hanoi in the morning – the capital of Vietnam. Arrival Hanoi by noon time. Have lunch then will have the afternoon to visit Hanoi. Do 1 hour on the cyclo (the rickshaw) to visit the old town of Hanoi – then watch the water pupet show after that. Have dinner at the local rest. Free at the night at PUB conner.

Day 9: HANOI SIGHTSEEING FULL DAY

After breakfast, the van will pick up group then have sightseeing in Hanoi. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ho Chi Minh Complex, The Temple of Literature – the first University in Vietnam. Continues to Visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, Tran Quoc Pagoda then Hoa Lo Prison. Back to the hotel then have dinner and prepare for the next day ride.

Day 10: HANOI - SAPA

There are the long day ride from Hanoi to Sapa. After breakfast we will leave the hotel at 7:00AM, we will have some break time at the countries side area, have lunch in Yen Bai city. We will arrive Sapa at the late afternoon. The free and leisure.

Day 11: SAPA SIGHTSEEING – VISIT FANSIPAN MOUNT BY CABLE CAR

After breakfast, we will go to the Sapa centre then catch the train to Fansipan Cable Station. Visit Fansipan Mount – The peak of Indochina with a 3,134 Metre high. Back to Sapa center then have lunch. In the afternoon we will visit Cat Cat Village and Ham Rong Mount. You will be free to walking around the Sapa at the night time. Overnight in Sapa

Day 12: SAPA – DIEN BIEN PHU

After breakfast we will leave Sapa then ride to Dien Bien Phu, we will ride through the O Quy Ho Pass - one of the 4 longest pass in Vietnam. Have lunch in Phong Tho Town. Arrival Dien Bien at the afternoon time then we will visit Dien Bien City – the City of History during the French War. Visit A1 Point, Victory Museum… Overnight in Dien Bien City

Day 13: DIEN BIEN PHU – TAY TRANG BORDER – OUDOMXAY (ENTER BACK TO LAOS)

Ride to Tay Trang Border then clear the border custom to exit Vietnam then enter back to Laos. Ride to Oudomxay after the border crossing. Overnight in Oudomxay.

Day 14: OUDOMXAY – HOAYXAY – CHIANG KHONG – CHIANG RAI (ENTER BACK TO THAILAND)

Ride to Hoayxay Border then clear the border custom to exit Laos then enter back to Thailand. We will be in Thailand by the afternoon time. Then ride to Chiang Rai. Finish the tour. Tour Disbands!! Post your adventure you can either explore Chaing Rai by yourself or head back to Pattaya!!

FAQs

Do I have health insurance while on tour?

Our motorcycles are fully covered by third party insurance, however we strongly recommend that you have your own health insurance in place before you arrive in Thailand. Make sure it covers you for Motorbike riding activities.

Do I need an International driving license?

Yes, you must have obtained your own country’s International driving license before your tour begins.

Do I have my own room or do I have to share?

You do not have to share, every rider has their own private room.

Can I bring my partner on tour?

Yes, of course, obviously there will be additional fees.

What happens if my bike breaks down on tour?

Our following support/recovery truck carries a spare bike so you will be swiftly back on the road.

How much luggage shall I bring?

When touring it is always best to travel as light as possible, we have 40 litre waterproof bags which stay on our support truck on extensive tours. All bikes have side panniers for additional storage.

When should we arrive before the tour begins?

If you’re flying from overseas, we suggest you arrive a few days before the tour to help you shake off any ill effects of jet lag.

What kind of food should we expect on the tour?

They serve breakfast at the hotel and this normally comprises several options. Lunch is a light roadside lunch, for dinner options we always endeavor to find a restaurant that offers both Thai and International cuisine.

When riding, do you have to follow the tour guide?

Yes, this is mandatory on our tours, for safety and time keeping. We operate a lead and last policy, each rider will take turns to be the ‘sweeper’ bike at the rear of the pack and notify the lead guide bike of any problems/issues.
