FAQs

Do I have health insurance while on tour?
Our motorcycles are fully covered by third party insurance, however we strongly recommend that you have your own health insurance in place before you arrive in Thailand. Make sure it covers you for Motorbike riding activities.
Do I need an International driving license?
Yes, you must have obtained your own country’s International driving license before your tour begins.
Do I have my own room or do I have to share?
You do not have to share, every rider has their own private room.
Can I bring my partner on tour?
Yes, of course, obviously there will be additional fees.
What happens if my bike breaks down on tour?
Our following support/recovery truck carries a spare bike so you will be swiftly back on the road.
How much luggage shall I bring?
When touring it is always best to travel as light as possible, we have 40 litre waterproof bags which stay on our support truck on extensive tours. All bikes have side panniers for additional storage.
When should we arrive before the tour begins?
If you’re flying from overseas, we suggest you arrive a few days before the tour to help you shake off any ill effects of jet lag.
What kind of food should we expect on the tour?
They serve breakfast at the hotel and this normally comprises several options. Lunch is a light roadside lunch, for dinner options we always endeavor to find a restaurant that offers both Thai and International cuisine.
When riding, do you have to follow the tour guide?
Yes, this is mandatory on our tours, for safety and time keeping. We operate a lead and last policy, each rider will take turns to be the ‘sweeper’ bike at the rear of the pack and notify the lead guide bike of any problems/issues.

We had the opportunity to...

We had the opportunity to explore some of Thailand's most beautiful countrysides on our recent motorcycle trip. There were so many wonderful routes that we found ourselves re-routing just because it was such a pleasure exploring new roads and scenery, with views as stunning at they are starkly different from one another. The busier highways made navigating for novice riders difficult but we were in group with Honda CRF and BMW 310 GS, so we had a nice safe peace. There is an incredible range in both landscapes and riding challenges available for all skill levels!

We couldn't believe the beauty of Thailand's roads. We took a few minutes to explore before starting our journey, and it even gave us some ideas for future trips! Kanchanaburi and Khao Yai National Park are spectacular. We belive also the 10 Days The Cambodian Adventure Tour must be incredible. We would love to get it for our next trip in the next high season.

Surprisingly, there are so many wonderful roads driving to Ayutthaya and Kanchanaburi, and the sights and venues are breathtaking. As you can see, this guide is definitely not for a beginning rider. The road on the first day is rather busy, but things get better after you get through it.

The routes were easy to follow with stops at small family run guest houses along the way where we ate fresh fruits picked from their farm next door! Incredible. Just what I wished from a real motorbike tour: to see the true countryside.

I just finished the trip...

I just finished the trip and had a wonderful time. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, the food was great, the accommodation was clean and spacious. We had a fully loaded bike, Suzuki and BMW GS, which made life much easier on the mountain roads. It was relatively easy to drive for us, but if you don't do regular exercise, it could be more of a challenge.

I wanted something different when visiting Thailand so my friends suggested renting motorbikes instead of the usual taxi or bus rides around - what an awesome idea!! With their help navigating me through parts unknown on several days' motorcycle tour routes we visited beautiful destinations like Ayutthayah, Kanchanaburii, Sai Yok National Park!

I've done a lot of motorbike...

I've done a lot of motorbike tours but this one is without doubt the most scenic I have ever had. Halfway through our day ride from Pattaya to Ayutthaya we got lost in some deep, green rice fields and found ourselves taking shelter under palm trees while waiting for an evening rainstorm to pass by. It was so peaceful that once it did roll on into town all three of us were feeling refreshed and revived enough to do another two rides before nightfall!

I had the opportunity to do motorbikes tours in Thailand and this was one of my favorite experiences. We did day rides from Pattaya all the way up to Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Sai Yok and Khao Yai! The countryside is gorgeous with its rice fields everywhere you look. It's especially beautiful during dusk when everything turns a golden-orange color before heading into night time - it makes for an incredible ride through haystacks that are lit by fireflies while catching glimpses of water buffalo along dirt roads which cut across lush green hillsides lined with palm trees swaying back and forth as they dot their paths down below like giant arrows pointing out what lies ahead just around each bend...
